Epic dinnerness!


Mac and cheese from scratch using raw sharp cheddar and blue, roast beets sauteed in butter and balsamic vinegar topped with blue cheese, roast broccoli and a sourdough baguette (not homemade). Can you say delicious?

    I'm bringing deer organs for you, Bena, at Timmy's direction! No doubt you'll make tasty treats from that too. I suppose Stass won't be around when you're cooking that day!

  4. What the? Deer organs? what is that all about. You guys make me sick. Deer steak is one thing, but deer organs? What kind of organs are we talking about? "organs" could me anything - bladder, intestines, kidneys, etc.......
