Chocolate Chippers

Alisa eat your heart out. These may be the perfect chocolate chip cookie. Pastured butter, organic evaporated cane sugar, organic dark brown sugar, and I added a little whole wheat which stass actually prefers now. It gives it a little back bone and more complex flavor (actually can taste the wheat)!

  1. actually, I make the perfect chocolate chip cookie. Sorry.....Mine calls for oat flour (you grind up oatmeal in a blender to make it a powder), and actually you grind up chocolate into a powder and mix it in. I'll make you some and mail them off :)

  3. Wow, It's a good thing I saw this post! I must defend my cookie-baking I see. Steve does make a good cookie, but . . . mine are still better. Perhaps we should have a cookie bake-off soon.
